Each plan includes a generous daily query allowance. If you exceed it, you pay a small per-query overage fee. For example, Starter includes 500 queries/day - additional queries are $0.02 each. Most customers stay well within their limits.
A query is any request that executes against your data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.). Cached results don't count as new queries. Dashboard refreshes, scheduled reports, and alert checks all use queries from your daily allowance.

A user is anyone who logs into Lucaro. Viewer-only users count toward your viewer limit (separate from full users). API service accounts do not count toward your user limit.
Yes. You can set daily and monthly caps on usage overages. When you hit your cap, queries are throttled (not blocked) until the next period. Enterprise plans can configure custom thresholds and alerts.
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms. Annual plans can be paid upfront or quarterly.
